Weather and Tour Conditions

Turks and Caicos has a warm tropical climate, but weather and sea conditions can change. A forecast showing rain does not always mean that poor weather will last throughout the day.

Tour routes, start times and availability may be adjusted when wind, waves, rain or other conditions affect guest safety. Check your messages before departure and contact us if you have questions about conditions for your scheduled experience.

The sun can remain strong even on cloudy days. Bring sun protection and drink enough water throughout your tour.

Help Protect the Marine Environment

Choose a biodegradable, reef-conscious sunscreen before entering the water. Check the ingredients rather than relying only on the front label, and avoid products containing oxybenzone or octinoxate.

Mineral sunscreens containing zinc oxide or titanium dioxide are commonly recommended for water activities. Sun-protective clothing, such as a rash guard and hat, can also reduce the amount of sunscreen needed.

Please do not touch, stand on, feed or remove coral and marine life during your tour.
